Treatments
Treatments purchased at full price can be refunded within 28 days, after 28 days can only be exchanged for another treatment at the clinic or a credit note can be requested which will be valid for 24 months.
Coupons / Voucher / Promotions
Coupons / Vouchers / Promotions purchased at the clinic are NOT refundable, but can be exchanged within 28 days.
The amount can ONLY be used on another treatment, and not product.
Products
All products purchased at the clinic can neither be refunded nor exchanged, due to hygiene and safety.
